Terms of use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions apply between us and you as a user of the Platform ("User", “Creator” "you" or "your"). Renegade is not a financial institution, merchant, creditor, charity, advisor or broker of any kind.
MYRENEGADE, UNIPESSOAL LDA is a company organised under the laws of Portugal with registration number 517780801, and having its registered address at Avenida Engenheiro Duarte Pacheco, N.º 19, R/c, S4, 1070 - 100 Lisboa, Portugal. ("Renegade", "we", "us", "our"). Renegade has created the MyRenegade App and the Renegade web platform (jointly the “Platform”).
Users are responsible for all the activity on their account, and for keeping their password confidential. Report any misuse of your account to support@myrenegade.net.
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. You can register an account (“Renegade Account”, “Account”) on myrenegade.net. After registering you will be prompted to choose your username which becomes your Renegade Link (“Tipping Link”). Do not impersonate anyone else, use trademarks that do not belong to you, or choose names that are offensive or that violate any local laws. For more details on our Impersonation Policy click here.
1.2. Through the platform customers in the European Economic Area can option to access and use a Virtual IBAN to deposit/withdraw euros to/from the platform and use crypto-assets/virtual assets services.
1.3. For the purpose of setting up the Virtual vIBAN and a crypto-asset account, Renegade has partnered with Striga Technology OÜ (16298772) ("Striga"), an Estonian fintech company that provides a Virtual IBAN and crypto-assets/virtual assets. Striga does also provide Card Services.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions apply between us and you as a user of the Platform ("User", “Creator” "you" or "your"). When signing up as a customer to use the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the Platform. Simultaneously, or at a later stage, you may apply for an Account using the Platform, which is integrated with Strigas crypto-assets-services and that provides you with financial services. These Terms and Conditions together with our privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") form a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you and us, governing your use of the Account. This means that you will be a customer of both Renegade and Striga. Hence, you will also be required to accept a set of terms and conditions applicable between you and Striga (the "Strigas Terms and Conditions").
1.5. To access the Platform you need an internet connection, a computer, a smartphone, or a tablet with a web browser (as applicable). You may also need to download and install the Renegade app on your smartphone or tablet and accept the Terms and Conditions. You will find information regarding available operating systems and versions of web browsers, etc., on myrenegade.net.
1.6. You may only use the Platform for your personal use and in accordance with the Agreement. The Agreement is for an indefinite term, meaning that it will continue in force until you or we terminate it, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
1.7. The language of the Agreement is English and all communications will be conducted in English unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions. You can at all times download a copy of these Terms and Conditions from the Platform or receive a copy from Customer Support.
2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS
2.1. Renegade will provide customer support services relating to the Platform as well as the Account ("Customer Support") and you are welcome to contact Customer Support if you have any questions about the Platform or your Account. Customer Support is accessible via the platform chat. Customer Support is open 24/7. all days. Customer Support is available in the German and English language.
2.2. You acknowledge and understand that Customer Support constitutes a first support line, and that Customer Support may need to contact Striga or any other partners of Renegade engaged for the supply of the Platform for second line support as necessary.
2.3. For any complaints or claims you may have regarding faults or deficiencies in products or services that you have purchased through your Renegade Card Services, please contact the seller of the product or the service provider (i.e. the point of sales) directly. The seller or service provider is liable for such faults or deficiencies
3. YOUR PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Renegade collects and processes personal data about you for the purpose of providing the Platform and the Platform Account to you. Renegade is the data controller for the personal data processed under the Agreement for the purpose of providing the Platform Account.
3.2. Further, Renegade is the data controller for Customer Support and is responsible for your personal data processed for the purpose of Customer Support.
3.3. It is Renegade's duty to keep the personal data that we process about you safe and secure. We will not disclose information relating to your Account to third parties outside the circle of trusted suppliers we work with to provide the Platform, other than as required by the laws of Portugal or applicable EU legislation.
3.4. It is important that you understand how Renegade and Striga process your personal data. We and Striga value our customers' privacy and process and protect the personal data of our customers in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please see our Privacy Policy which sets out the full details on the personal data that Renegade collects, how it is used and kept safe and for how long it is stored.
4. FEES AND CHARGES
4.1. Registering your Renegade Account is free. MYRENEGADE, UNIPESSOAL LDA provides services through the MyRenegade app through its partner Striga. For this service, Renegade charges a fee. For more information refer to the Renegade Pricing section on the Platform. Users are fully responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your use of Renegade. Users agree that any tax obligations, including the reporting and payment of any applicable taxes in your country of residency or in any other applicable country, is your responsibility in relation to your use of the account. Renegade is not responsible or liable for any tax matters applicable to you in any of the countries in which you operate. Always consult with experts in your area of tax residency to find what rules and regulations apply to you.
4.2. Fee Schedule – At Renegade, we are committed to providing transparent and fair pricing for our services. We collect the fees through Striga and we guarantee that we instruct Striga to debit the fees payable by you from your account in account with pricing applicable to you. We assume sole liability for compensating charged fees to which you have not consented.

Crypto/FIAT Exchange: 1.6%
No other fees are collected by Renegade.
Potential Future Fees
While our services are currently free of charge, we reserve the right to introduce fees in the future. If this occurs:
- Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
- All updates will be transparently communicated through (app notifications, email, and website updates).
Optional Services
Some optional premium services may incur fees in the future. These services and their fees, if introduced, will be clearly outlined before activation.
Refund Policy
- Since no fees are charged at this time, no refunds apply.
5. PLATFORM ACCOUNT SECURITY
5.1. Unauthorised Use. If you become aware of or suspect that someone has unauthorisedly used your Platform Account, you must contact Customer Support as soon as you are able, otherwise you will be liable for any such unauthorised actions or measures in your Platform Account. If you are notified about any suspicious actions or measures in your Platform Account, you need to inform Customer Support as soon as possible from such notification that an action or measure was unauthorised.
5.2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your Platform Account safe. Whilst measures are undertaken to protect your Platform Account, please note that you are responsible for ensuring that: * your Platform Account and your credentials, ordinary and one-time passwords, means of communication used with Renegade for authentication purposes (“account credentials”) are kept safe and secure and that you do not keep account credentials or security details together with a device used to access the Platform; * you use a strong password, which you do not use for any other account or similar, which you update from time to time; * you do not let any third party access or use the Platform Account; * you immediately contact the Customer Support if you suspect or experience that your Platform Account (or any information thereof) is accessed or otherwise used by an unauthorised third party or if you suspect that any account credentials are at a risk of or are being used or otherwise possessed by an unauthorised third party; * you ensure that all information (including but not limited to your contact details and address) relating to the Platform Account is up-to-date and that you inform Customer Support without undue delay of any change; and * you always follow the rules and recommendations regarding security of your Platform Account.
6. CHANGING THE AGREEMENT, CLOSING YOUR PLATFORM ACCOUNT
6.1. Renegade may unilaterally change the Agreement (including these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy) from time to time, for example to introduce new products or to comply with applicable laws. In case of any changes that could affect your current use of your Renegade Card Services, you will be notified at least two (2) months in advance of such a change. If you do not accept the changes, you should notify Customer Support before the changes take effect. Please note that we may terminate the Agreement with you and close your Card Services in such a case.
6.2. You can terminate the Agreement free of charge and close the Platform Account at any time without notice. Please contact Customer Support if you wish to terminate your Platform Account.
6.3. Renegade can terminate the Agreement with you and close the Card Services with two (2) months’ prior notice for any reason.

7. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS
- 7.1. Card Service functionality. With respect to the functionalities of the Card Services, including collections, payouts, cards, top-ups and transactions, reference is made to the Zypto´s Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge, understand and accept that Renegade will in no event, except for the provision of Customer Support, assume any liability for the functionality of the Card Services, including but not limited to any of the functionalities referred to in the foregoing.
- 7.2. Changes to Platform. Renegade may need to make changes, updates and upgrades to the Platform as it sees fit from time to time. In such a case you will be notified in advance.
- 7.3. Inactivity. If your Platform Account is inactive, meaning that no log-in has occurred for a period longer than six (6) months, Renegade has the right to terminate the Agreement with you and close your Platform Account.
- 7.4. Intellectual property rights. Upon entering into the Agreement, Renegade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform. All the intellectual property in the Platform are owned by us or our licensors (such as our logo and designs, the content on the Platform, all software and source code, trademarks, know-how, and data related to the Platform). You do not have any right to use our or our licensors’ names, trademarks, logos or other intellectual property. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer or disassemble any of our products, services or any intellectual property rights.
- 7.5. Performance analytics. To ensure that the services work as intended and in order to provide you with the best customer service possible, we conduct performance analytics based on data shared with us by Striga. Please refer to our privacy policy if you would like to know more about our processing of personal data.
- 7.6. Renegade’s liability. The Platform is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from faults or interruptions. This is partly due to the fact that we rely on some third parties to provide the Platform.
- 7.7. Renegade is not liable for any services provided by Striga to you, and we do not undertake any responsibility in relation thereto.
- 7.8. Exclusions of liability. In addition to the above and to the extent such limitation is permitted by law, Renegade will not be responsible: * for any indirect, punitive or consequential damages or losses including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, loss of goodwill and loss of reputation; * for any damages, losses or costs in connection with or due to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, orders and decisions of courts or authorities or other regulatory requirements of payment systems, card payment systems or any other payment, clearing or settlement system; * for any damages, losses or costs in connection with or due to any delays, interruptions, faults or inaccuracies relating to the Platform; * for any damages, losses or costs caused by a virus, malware, phishing or other technological attacks or harmful material that may infect your IT equipment and infrastructure being used for the Platform; * for any damages, losses or costs that arise in connection with or due to unauthorised transactions; * for any damages, losses or costs arising in connection with or due to Zypto's decision (i) not to onboard you and activate Card Services for you), (ii) close your Card Services, or (iii) reject a transaction; or * for any fraudulent act conducted by any third party contacting you posing to be representing for example us or Striga, a well-known company or an acquaintance of a natural person related to you asking you to disclose your customer details such as password, logins etc. Neither we nor Striga request that kind of information or undertake any such action.
- 7.9. Force Majeure. We shall not be liable for any breach or delay in the performance of our obligations under the Agreement if such breach or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, wars (incl. cyberwar), civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage, strikes, riots, epidemic, pandemic, or any cause beyond our reasonable control (“force majeure event”). Should a force majeure event occur, you will be notified thereof and Renegade will be excused from performance of the obligations being affected for as long as such force majeure event prevails.
- 7.10. Severability. If any of the provisions of the Agreement is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue to be valid and binding on you and us.
- 7.11. Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under the Agreement to a third party and you are the sole party to the Agreement with us. You are liable until the Platform Account is terminated. Renegade may assign its rights or obligations under the Agreement to a group company or to any third party without your prior consent.
- 7.12. No waiver. Renegade has the right to exercise any right or remedy it has under the Agreement at any time, even if such exercise is delayed, or we previously failed to exercise any right or remedy it is entitled to.
- 7.13. Portuguese law applies.
- 7.14. Dispute resolution. [If you are dissatisfied with the Platform or your Platform Account, please contact Customer Support (support@myrenegade.net). If you wish to present a formal complaint it should be in writing including the relevant circumstances of the complaint.
- 7.15. You also have the right to use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.trader.register
- 7.16. If legal actions are brought against you by Renegade, the courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction to settle any dispute. Renegade does, however, have the right to bring legal action against you with a court in another country if you are resident in or hold assets in such a country.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- 8.1. Users are fully responsible for the legality and reliability of all content they link, and monetize on the platform. Any royalties or licensing on monetized content are the sole responsibility of the user.
- 8.2. Users access all content through Renegade at their own risk, being solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party. Renegade does not become involved in any disputes between users, or between users and any third party.
- 8.3. Users agree not to engage in activities that violate the law, or breach any contract or legal duty they have toward anyone.
- 8.4. It is not allowed to impersonate other people or post information you know is false, misleading, or inaccurate. Do not threaten, abuse, harass, dox, spam, or in any other way act out against other Renegade users.
- 8.5. Do not commit fraud or act in a way that violates any of Renegade's policies, rules, or guidelines, or violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
- 8.6. Adding Links to illegal, or malicious content will result in the termination of your Renegade account.
- 8.7. Users must not misuse the Platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
- 8.8. Renegade profiles may contain links to other websites and apps, for example, links to content platforms. Accessing third-party websites and apps is done at users' own risk. Renegade does not endorse or control those sites.
- 8.9. While we take every precaution to safeguard our systems, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and promptly reporting any suspicious account activity to Customer Support (support@myrenegade.net)
9. SYSTEM SECURITY, MAINTENANCE AND DOWNTIME
- 9.1 Commitment to Security At Renegade the security of your data and transactions is our top priority. We implement industry-leading security measures, including but not limited to:
- End-to-end encryption for all communications.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect account access.
- Regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Continuous monitoring of systems for suspicious activity.
- 9.2. Scheduled Maintenance To ensure optimal performance and security, we conduct regular system maintenance. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated at least 7 days in advance through in-app notifications, email, and our website. During maintenance, some or all services may be temporarily unavailable.
- 9.3. Unexpected Downtime In the event of unexpected system outages or technical issues: We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates on the status of the outage will be provided via app notifications, website status page, and email.
- 9.4. Liability for Downtime While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% availability. Renegade is not liable for losses incurred due to service interruptions, except as required by applicable law.
- All planned maintenance, system updates, and significant changes to our services will be communicated through email notifications, and in-app messages.
Communication Protocols
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these protocols for system security and maintenance.
10. ZYPTO CARD SERVICES
Card services offered through Renegade are provided by Zypto, our trusted partner and a licensed card service provider. By using the card services, you agree to the following:
- 10.1 Service Provision Zypto is responsible for the issuance, processing, and management of the cards. All transactions, including payments and withdrawals, are facilitated through Zypto’s secure systems and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- 10.2 Compliance and Licensing Zypto operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations and ensures that card services meet industry standards for security and reliability.
- 10.3 Agreement to Zypto Terms By using the card services, you also agree to comply with Zypto’s terms and conditions, which will be made available to you during the card issuance process or upon request.
- 10.4 Reporting Issues For issues related to card functionality, transactions, or disputes, please contact Renegade customer support at support@myrenegade.net. We will coordinate with Zypto to address your concerns efficiently.
- 10.5. Renegade´s Role While Renegade facilitates access to card services, we act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for any losses or damages arising from issues directly related to Zypto’s services, except as required by law.
- 10.6. Zypto’s Responsibility Zypto assumes full responsibility for card-related services, including transaction processing, security, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Termination of Card Services
Renegade and/or Zypto reserve the right to terminate or suspend card services in cases of:
- Non-compliance with terms of use.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Regulatory or operational requirements.

11. STRIGA CARD SERVICES.
Card services offered through Renegade are provided via Striga’s infrastructure, with card issuance and payment services provided by a third-party licensed card issuer. By using the card services, you agree to the following:
- 11.1 Service Provision. Striga provides virtual asset services and the technology and infrastructure for related card services, including the card management application. All transactions, including payments and withdrawals, are facilitated through Striga's secure systems and are subject to Striga’s and its provider’s terms and conditions.
- 11.2 Compliance and Licensing. Striga operates in compliance with applicable financial regulations and ensures that its technology meets industry standards for security and reliability. The licensed card issuer is responsible for regulatory compliance regarding card issuance and payment processing.
- 11.3 Agreement to Terms. By using the card services, you also agree to comply with Striga's and the card issuer’s terms and conditions, which will be made available to you during the card issuance process or upon request.
- 11.4 Reporting Issues. For issues related to card functionality, transactions, or disputes, please contact Renegade customer support at support@myrenegade.net. We will coordinate with Striga to address your concerns efficiently.
- 11.5. Renegade’s Role. While Renegade facilitates access to card services, we act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for any losses or damages arising from issues directly related to Striga's services, except as required by law.
- 11.6. Responsibilities. Striga provides the card management application and underlying technology but does not issue the cards itself. The third-party licensed card issuer is responsible for card issuance, transaction processing, and compliance with applicable payment services regulations.
12. Cloudmining Interstellar Ltd.
- 12.1. Description Interstellar Ltd. facilitates the conversion of staked stablecoins into computational hashpower. All mining activities and yield generation are executed solely by Interstellar Ltd.’s AI-driven infrastructure, with no direct involvement from Renegade in the operational process.
- 12.2. Registration and Compliance Interstellar Ltd. is registered under the registration number 01010107 in Ras al Khaimah and is subject to all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing its operations.

- 12.4. Responsibilities and Liabilities Interstellar Ltd. bears sole responsibility for the management, operation, and results of the mining processes. All yield calculations, coin selection, and hashing strategies are determined exclusively by Interstellar’s proprietary AI. Renegade does not guarantee or influence performance outcomes, returns, or compliance.
- 12.5. User Acknowledgment By participating in this staking process, you acknowledge that any yields, profits, or losses are attributable to the performance of Interstellar Ltd.’s mining operations. Renegade’s role is limited to providing access to these services and does not include any direct control or assurance over the results.
- 12.6. Risk Factors Crypto markets are volatile, and mining rewards can fluctuate. Interstellar Ltd.’s AI seeks to maximize yields, but no guarantee of profitability or minimum return is provided. Users should only stake amounts they can afford to lose and understand that yields may vary significantly over time.
- 12.7. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold Renegade harmless against any claims, losses, or damages arising from or related to Interstellar’s mining activities, performance, or compliance. Interstellar Ltd. remains solely accountable for its operational conduct, results, and decisions.
- 12.8. No Financial Advice All information provided should be considered educational and not as financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are encouraged to conduct independent research or seek professional guidance before participating in the staking and mining activities facilitated through the platform.
- 12.9. Amendments to Terms Renegade reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified accordingly. Continued use of the staking services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
- 12.10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction All matters related to Interstellar Ltd.’s operations, including but not limited to disputes or interpretations of these terms, shall be governed by the laws and regulations of Ras al Khaimah and applicable international standards. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for any legal proceedings arising from these conditions.
